By installing and using CardStrike, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

CardStrike provides AI-powered sales intelligence including competitive battlecards and account research via a Chrome extension.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during setup.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CardStrike only for legitimate business purposes. You will not:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer our service
• Use the service to spam or harass others

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

CardStrike and its content are protected by copyright. You receive a limited license to use the service, not ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

CardStrike is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our intelligence output.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
